hey everyone!! so i was given this website from a teacher to use for a class assignment, its a nutrition class i'm a culinary major. i didn't think i would really use it for anything else but then i saw cc has a weight gain area and well i really need that.
i'm 6'3 140lbs (on a good day). i have always been underweight, as long as i can remember. at 16 i was 150 and 6'2. i got very ill close to my 17th birthday and lost 25lbs. i have managed to gain back between 10 and 12lbs but even that took me almost 5 years. i have tried so many things.
i have always been of those kids who could eat and eat and eat and never gain weight. but recently i have cut back on my eating because there is just no point, i don't gain weight and it costs me money. i don't skip meals or anything like that i just don't snack all day long.
i tried working out, taking supliments, being lazy, being active, i tried so many things and i just can't gain weight. its something that has always bothered me, but i have just accepted it. but maybe with all the stuff on here i can get some help.
i read quite a few other hellos but i didn't see anyone else out there with the same problem. so who ever is out there with the same problem make sure you say hi to me :-)
