well yesterday i started off really bad and binged on a lot of frosted cheerios. then had some teriyaki rice. then i munched on pretzel sticks all day. followed by grilled vegetables with olive oil. by this time i was completely full but still i was forced to eat a grilled hamburger. this topped me off with at least 2000+ calories.
will this have an impact on my weight? should i make up for it by eating less today?
I don't this this will kill all your efforts at your weight loss UNLESS this is a regular stray from your eating plan. If it is not, then chalk it up to a mistake and move on. Continue on with your regular eating and exercise plan from this point on. Everyone falls off now and then. It might be helpful to literally write yourself a note about how you feel physically and mentally for this slip-up and post it on your refrigerator, bathroom mirror or someplace conspicuous for you to remember what it felt like to binge. Note the date. Leave enough room for hash marks to note each day that you don't binge or over eat. At the end of say a week, take it down and put up a new one that shows 7 days of healthy eating and exercise. Change the number for each consecutive day your follow your plans.
Remember each day is the only day you have to eat healthy. You only have to eat healthy for this meal, this morning, this afternoon and so on. Tomorrow you can eat those frosted Cheerios and hamburger.

From your pictures and your writing it sounds like you're still in high school. From another post you're 5'2" and 98 lbs. You do not need to lose weight, you might need to gain weight. 2000+ calories once in a while is simply not an issue for a teenager. 1500 would be the minimum sedentary amount for you to lose weight, 1800 or 2000+ could easily be your maintenance amount depending on how active you are. Do not make up for your past days, this is a very slippery slope which can lead to eating disorders.
