Ate too much/drank way too much - should I eat less than normal today?
haven't posted in a while. Although I have been lurking.
I went to a leaving brunch yesterday - ate way too much, and drank so much champagne. Hangover central and bloated stomach today. My maintenance cals are around 1700. I'm trying to lose a few pounds and am doing rather well 8) by following the advice here.
So, I estimate that I must have had 3000 cals yesterday - should I eat less than 1200 today? I wont be excersising as I feel too hungover. Would it count as calorie cycling if I had less than 1200 or should I just eat normally? Let me know your thoughts.
Thanks
HB
I had some oatmeal for breakkie. Also had a bit of fruit and am busy drinking as much water as I can. Oh dear. I need a new head.
