Fish is pretty low in calories.  If it was just white fish fillets then its about 80 cal/ 100g so overall, not the worst thing you could eat. In fact, actually quite healthy! :)

If the fish was fried or breaded or in a sauce then it probably wasn't the best choice to eat. It will be a lot higher in calories.

Make sure you get a varied diet! :)

That's not that bad, but you do have to consider what else you ate that day ... but, if you'd like to get an idea of what the caloric content was for the 500g of roasted code (which sounds really, really yummy!) here's a link to Daily Plate (great resource for calorie counts) ... http://www.thedailyplate.com/nutrition/search .php?q=roasted+cod&x=0&y=0

:-)

Calorically, probably not, no. Nutritionally, there is a lot more nutrition in oily fish but fish is still not that bad. What I must question... 500g is a LOT of fish. Did you eat that at once or over the course of the day? It's not the end of the world to eat the same thing twice in one day if you don't do it regularly but it is better to have a varied diet on a whole.

That is not bad - in a regular day I eat roughly 700 to 800 grams of protein which equates to about almost 2 pounds of meat! Yowza! Fish is very healthy for you - you will be perfectly fine! How do you feel? Do not feel guilty! Imagine eating 500 grams of OREOS or something like that! If that was the case then I would say it was a VERY BAD thing! LOL!

How was the cod cooked? Anything on it? I am surprised you could eat so much plain baked cod, cause its kinda bland... unless of course it had some yummy seasonings!

FJAKSDFJLSDFS 700-800 grams of protein!!! I try to get to 100, I think that's pretty high, and I struggle everyday!
