Ate Too Much on Halloween?

What did you do today to make up for the Halloween candy you ate yesterday?

worked out hung over ugh.. thats what i get tho for indulging in drinks and sweets, i had fun though so its fine

I can't imagine working out while hung over is fun. 

yeah it pretty much sucks ha but i did it !

i went on a hike... although i still ate about maintenance calories today, not little enough to lose

Just went on with my normal routine today (a nice run in drizzly weather!) and back to eating clean.   

I felt happy that i got to eat junk yesterday,

and moved on with today.

even had some more candy today... cause last night i couldn't binge cause i had a regatta today.

I made an extra trip to the gym. I don't normally go on Sunday but after looking at the scale this morning, I'm very glad I did. 

There are only 4 pieces of candy left in this house and they're all in the freezer. Out of sight, out of mind. They'll be a pleasant surprise someday down the road.

I didn't make up for it!  I ate every bite, enjoyed every morsel, and I'm back on the wagon today!!

 I did the same approach, although I didn't eat much.  I drank a lot of calories away, and enjoyed every Jameson/diet I drank. :)

Went back to my normal routine.  Yo-yo dieters "make up" for stuff and that's one reason they fail.

I got a nasty cold/fever... too tired and weak to get out of bed for food right now or even think about exercise Cry

I did a personal best on "calories burned" on the treadmill.  The Gym was packed Monday, must have been a lot of guilty feeling people. Laughing

I saw more people than usual, also. Congrats on your personal best for calories burned! I should try to do that tonight when I hit the gym.
