what i ate after a long bike ride today

i went for a long bike ride today. didnt have time to lift weights. i know your suppose to eat carbs n proteinafter workout but i was really hungry and didnt eat much cept quinoa and veggies all day so this is what i ate after long bike ride

banana w/ very lil maple syrup

then AMYS bean n cheese burrito with a lil avacado and tomatos

then a soy chocolate  protein shake (Whole foods brand) powder mixed with  with a  SO Delicious Coconut Milk raspberry yogurt a lil OJ and frozen blueberries, stevia, and some raisins.  

All my dinner in 1 sitting

Is this okay? i know its a lotta food but i was hungry.

u're probably hungry because u used a lot of energy. it was mostly protien, so thumbs up!
