Ate terribly for one week and didn't exercise.

So I've eaten terribly for one week and I didn't exercise. I feel so chubbylicious (lol). I checked my weight yesterday and it didn't appear to change too much. I maybe gained one pound? Anyways, I woke up this morning for work and I just ate like 7 red bean walnut cake things which I counted as a sour cream timbit for cc purposes, 1/2 cup breyer's double churn vanilla ice cream, 2 1/2 ryvita museli crunch crackers, some grapefruit, blueberries and strawberries and a red pepper. So I'm at lke 1100ish and it's 9am .. AHH.

I'm too lazy to go to the gym. It's so early and I should sleep. I haven't really been counting my calories for this week because I had a lot of wedding events going on. So now I'm just so worried about gaining .. Like I just checked my weight and it said I "gained" but I think it's water-weight cuz I don't know how I could have gone up so many lbs from yesterday.

I'm not sure why I'm worrying so much. I'm just going to go to bed, wake up, eat lots of veggies and lean protein, go to the gym when I can, and just be happy I had a week of crazy eating to experience .. especially since I haven't done this in God knows how long. I should also be happy that yesterday my weight wasn't that bad compared to what I thought would happen!

Sorry .. I guess this was just a rant/need to vent/need to realize that I'm not crazy? ..

It sounds like you need a rethink.  You can't be 'on a diet' for the whole of your life and you can't expect to be exactly the same weight day in day out..

Going forward.... someone your age & size who is reasonably active needs to eat 1900-2000 to maintain a healthy weight.  http://www.bcm.edu/cnrc/bodycomp/bmiz2.html Work out how you're going to get that in a balanced way with regular meals of real food and some intelligent snacks to keep you going.  Include a few 'fun foods' because there's more to life than nutrition and a balance includes 'pleasure' as well as 'goodness'.  Make it food you want to eat rather than food you think you ought to eat as this will make it easier to maintain.

CC's food log can help you with all of that.... if you use the food log as a planning tool you can enter the foods you intend to eat in advance, see how it shapes up and make any adjustments before you get started.  If you eat regularly and make it a reasonably well balanced diet then you'll be better nourished, have more energy and will feel more like doing exercise and less likely to overeat.
