I just ate a whole bag of chocolate chip cookies and I dont care!
Ok, yes. I care. That's why I'm asking for encouragement. I am weak, ok. I see this. After a couple weeks of regular exercise and calorie counting without results, I said to hell with it! This is a slippery slope, my friends. It's frightening how easy it is to "fall off the wagon". One day I'm almost content with my new lifestyle and it's not so hard anymore. The next I'm eating a whole bag of cookies with nary a concern about it.

Hefty -- stay away from the licorice! Congrats on your victory resisting at Wendy's. Eat some lowfat cheese or some nuts????
&nb sp; DON"T DO THAT!! I am struggling today myself and dealing with alot of stress issues bad one's but eatting an entire bag of cookies or runnibg to a fast food joint to get your order and than tell them to large size it like they will ask at least at most places, girl what are you doing. Tell ya what go to the store look in the frozzen section and get yourself on weight watcher meals. they have your calories carbs etc already counted you can also find ice cream there, thereare fiber one bars protein bars they will kill that craving for sweets without ruining your weight programs, fruits like melons grapes apples bannas, these are the kind of things you need as well as veggies. To make this work for you you have to make a committment to and for yourself girl. Should you have already blown it for today which I am hoping really hard that you haven't , you can began tommow with a new start, don't think of this as a punishment to yourself or a diet put allthat aside and vission what you will look like having achieved your goal. "YOU CAN DO THIS'' I WIL BE YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM. yOU CAN TALK TO ME ABOUT ANYTHING BELIEVE ME WHEN I TELL YOU I KNOW HOW STRESS AFFECTS YOU.

i DON'T LIKE PASSING UP ALL THE THINGS THAT ARE BAD AT THIS TIME FOR ME TO EATINFACT IT IS DOWN RIGHT HARD. YESTERDAY FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE i BEGAN MY JOURNEY TO LOSE THIS WEIGHT AD GIRL i WEIGH ALOT i COULD TASTE THAT BIG MAC MY FAVORITE TOPPED OFF WITH A LARGE VANNILA MALT. THE VANNILIA MALT WOULD HAVE BEEN 1,115 CALORIES ALONE, THAT IS WHY IT IS SO IMPORTANT IN THIS JOURNEY OF OURS TO BLIND OUR SELVES FROM THEM, YES WE WANT THAT OR DO WE WANT TO LOSE OUR WEIGHT WORSE. LIKE I SAID THIS JOURNEY IS GOING TO BE HARD, SO YOU DIDN'T SEE A CHANGE IN YOUR WEIGHT SAY FOR A WK. ARE YOU PUTTING EVERYTHING IN IT OR WORKING OUT 10 TO 15 MINUTES AND LEAVE, i will tell you right off the top of my head it gon't work I tried it.Join with me, committe to this and we both will get though it and be proud of it. meanwhile, I am here for you.![]()

You are right, it is hard work. I didn't eat the licorice. i had a few servings of nutthins crackers, not great but within my calorie goal. I went to bed unsatisfied but woke up fine. Now I'm doing alright and I have lost 5 lbs. Yay! Lots of motivation now. I aways did find the first two weeks the hardest and then only when I hit a plateau after that.

&nb sp; Bless you for not eatting those licorice,and cogratulations on your 5 pd loss. keep it up, i've hit a wall myself staying within the boundaries of my calories foot I haven't come close to eatting all the calories i am allowed and I havent lost a pd in a month stuck at 195.8 can't understand it but won't gve up I am out for the full goal. In the meantime I am still watching you so no more bags of "COOKIES" email me.I am here for you and we will get through this dac250.

dac250- hahaha. ") Thanks for your encouragement. I have not eaten a whole bag of cookies in a while. Right now I am trying to get motivated to exercise. Other than that, I'm taking it one day at a time... How are you doing?

you were just having one of those days were you could't stop yourself i gues bcuz you mind wasn't on the game & becurz you werent seeing a difference in the mirror but woteva you have to do to stop you self from the mega munch out evn if your mind dosent care your body will` so resisit ! keep it up dal !
