These are low carb and delicious!
| 6 | eggs |
| 1 | pkg. Splenda |
| 1 | dash salt |
| 1 | pinch cream of tartar |
| 3 | tbsp light mayonnaise |
- Preheat oven to 400oF.
- Whisk the egg yolks, Splenda, mayo and salt. Beat the whites till super stiff. Takes a long time to get very stiff, but this is what you want.
- Carefully spoon the yolk mixture into the center of the egg whites, all of it. Fold in the yolk mixture into the whites.
- Spray the pan with non-stick spray. Form the buns using smaller blobs of the batter piled on top of one another, rather than one big blob that just spreads out flat.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Cool on a rack. Make sure the buns are completely cooled before putting in a bag.
