These are low carb and delicious!

Ingredients
6 eggs
1 pkg. Splenda
1 dash salt
1 pinch cream of tartar
3 tbsp light mayonnaise
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400oF.

  2. Whisk the egg yolks, Splenda, mayo and salt. Beat the whites till super stiff. Takes a long time to get very stiff, but this is what you want.

  3. Carefully spoon the yolk mixture into the center of the egg whites, all of it. Fold in the yolk mixture into the whites.

  4. Spray the pan with non-stick spray. Form the buns using smaller blobs of the batter piled on top of one another, rather than one big blob that just spreads out flat.

  5. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool on a rack. Make sure the buns are completely cooled before putting in a bag.
