Hey Everyone ,  I think this is going to be a good time!!

I like the A Weigh We go but I guess I am partial to that name since I am one of the Members of that group on another forum.

Would we want to do any kind of intro so we can get to know eachother?  Just things like goals and stuff?

I just discovered this website in November and am very excited to join Team 3!  I have 30 lbs to lose -- weight I should have lost BEFORE I got pregnant, but oh well, can't go back now.  My daughter is now 1-1/2 and I'm still struggling to lose the post-baby weight.  I'm hoping this board motivates me to work out again!!!

I worked out for 30 minutes last night by jumping on the trampoline with my 5 year old.  We played a vigorous game of "simon says" that included lots of jumping jacks and tag. I also did three sets of "rowboat" situps and leg lifts with my fifty lbs. child holding on to my legs.  This may sound silly but it was a nice break from the treadmill and allowed my son to have some "mommy time".

Just wanted to suggest to twood that each week we make a new thread for weigh ins. With 100+ contestants weighing in the one thread for 12 weeks - that's upwards of 1200 posts.
I agree with bunnigrrl.  Good Idea. 

So let me introduce myself.  I am 26. 5'5" and at 152 looking to be 135.  Im excited to work with you all.  Ive been calorie counting for about a month and am beginnign my exercise portion.  Heres my goals for that....

Cycling class (45min) 3 times a week

Strengtening class 2 times a week

For me this is a lot now.  Ill do this for a few weeks and see how I feel.

I like the intro idea. I'm Kristin and I am from Indiana. I am looking to loose about 50 pounds. Thats my goal. I just watch my diet and excercise every day. Brisk walking and 3 days a week toning excercises. I'm so psyched about this site and this contest. Nice meeting ya team!

Anyways... I'm from Oklahoma, but born and raised in Canada. Ran away from the frozen north in 2002. I'm 52 and weight 190 lbs.  My goal is 130. Oh how I miss those days when I was only 98 lbs. That was when I was 21 though. The doctor had me on meds to GAIN weight! ~~~ Oh where did those days go?~~~

Hi all.  I'm Ginny.  I'm a veteran of Biggest Loser Round 1.  Can't wait to start again.  I'm 5'10" and 223 lbs.  I'm hoping at some point to get down to 185.  As for exercise goals...

Treadmill 3x a week (minimum) 30min

Yoga 4x a week 30 min

I've already changed the diet, just have to kick the exercise up a notch.  I'm having minor surgery next week, which may slow me down, but just for a few days according to Dr.

my name is Joss (i notice there is another Jocelyn on our team!) and I currently weigh 165lbs (started 5 months ago weighing 188)

I go to the gym 5 times a week and have my programme changed every 4 weeks.. just trying to lose the remainder of my flab and tone tone tone.

I do weights training and lots of cardio.

I want to lose 22 more lbs. How long does this comp go for??

Sorry Team 3.  I am supportive but won't be able to have time to check in here very often.  You can check my journal or the exercise challenge for my monthly minutes.  Right now I have done 345/1000 minutes of exercise.

Hello everyone my name is Chaylin and I need to loose 33.5lbs

I can't belive that by sizing everything I eat I have lost 5.5lbs  .... You ladys should try it you can eat everything you want but 1 cup or half a cup of everything but start with the veggies (lol)

I?m posting early because we have a major ice storm moving in here in Oklahoma and we may lose our power. When we do, I won?t be able to get on here because I?m sure the power lines will snap. I guess I?ll just have to write down what I eat and log it in here whenever I can. I?ve come to depend on this site so much, I just don?t know what I?m going to do without it! Darn, It looks like I may not be around for the vote neither, seeing that they are calling for this thing to hit for this afternoon and last  until Sunday evening.
Well, I just looked out-side and it looks like the storm is starting early.

Okay team, I have to go start up the fireplace and prepare for what?s coming. I?ll be back as soon as I can. Until then, best of luck and think of me from time-to-time as you sit in your toasty warm houses.
Hey Team 3!!!

My name is Jennifer but if there is already one here I also go by Genipher.  I am from Northern Wisconsin.

Was out for 31 minutes of running last night.  Was a struggle but was able to make it through.  Was doing pretty good on the eating up until supper.  I ran in the afternoon and by supper I could have eaten my left leg!!  So supper was a little out of control.  Gotta figure out the magic to after run fueling.
Hope the ice storm wasn't too bad! I am in Minnesota and we have very cold temps. today. It feels like January! Anyway, indoor activities for me today are treadmill and video exercises. I am working to lose 30 lbs. by May. For a team name I like the LAFF acronym.
