Ok, so I complete missed the first week.  It is my understanding we weigh in on Wednesday, so I guess my first official weigh in will be next Wednesday.  When I signed up on the 15th my starting weight was 234.  Good luck everyone!  Dani

I'm so bummed! I didn't lose any weight this week. I think maybe its because I've started a new work out and I might be gaining muscle or I did splurge one day. Well I guess I will try harder this week. Did everyone weigh-in?

Also just wanted to say thanks for everyone for voting on a name. I will close voting after Friday. So anyone who hasn't voted please vote before Friday. Thanks, Kristin

Ok Team, we came in last for this week.  There could be alot of reasons but come on, it wasnt even close!  Maybe we're all doing it the sensible 2-3 lb a week way?  Everybody take a look at youself and answer if you're honestly doing the best you can.  It's not a "diet," it's learning a healthy way of life....ok, I'm putting away my soapbox!  Let's live up to our name....GO REDUCERS!!!!!
Jem, the problem is that I haven't got anyone helping me destroy the other 2 teams.  We have to find their weak spots, and hit them hard! Come on team, lets tear them down!!!!
well, if I had just entered my weight 2 days later, it would have meant an extra 3.2 pounds down! (-5 vs. -1.8) bummer!

(edited my text because I was thinking wrongly that we started out with the lightest team)

Regardless, I am happy that the challenge has inspired me to lose weight this week -- I hope to maintain the extra 3 pounds for next week and hopefully add 1 on it!

Well done, clinder - I'm in the same boat, I stepped on the scale this morning and have lost another 3 lbs since my Wednesday weigh-in (Snoopy dance).  Great motivation to go back to the gym, as I love to see that ticker move!

I lost 1 pound the first week with just a change in diet.  Now after just two gym sessions, I'm down 3 in three days.  Fab.  I'm doing 30 minutes on an inclined treadmill, 30 minutes on the rowing machine, doing 1 minute sprint intervals every 5 minutes.  Hoping to soon add 15-30 minutes on a bike.
hey, i was just looking at the other teams forum posts and they have the list of everyone on the team and how much they've lots, etc.

we should have that too! it'd make it funner to see how everyone is doing on our team!

Come on Reducers! We can come back this week and take the lead!
