Today weighed in at 149.6 .... only 0.6 lbs down :( but... Im under 150!!!
I have slipped up on my eating today and yesterday... I dont know what it is... I do good all day and then at dinner I over do it.
School started today so I think getting back into a rountine is going to help ... I hope ... I have 4.6 lbs to loose by 2/14 for my next mini-gaol.. I need to bust my butt this week:)

So I weighed in yesterday and had lost 3.5 pounds and then today I broke my rule of weighing myself only on Wednesdays and I had lost another two pounds. So now I am mad that I already ahd weighed in at 3.5! Oh well I will get over it. Good job everbody.
Sorry I am so late responding. as of Wed. I lost 3.6 lbs. this week/ I am so excited about being back on the right track. Go Reducers.
Well done, team! I am really increasing my work outs this week. From the early stats. we are in second, maybe this coming week we will move into first. Keep up the great work!

Ok here are the results for this week:
Bums Away (Team 1) went from 11876.1 to 11787.8 which means they lost a total of 89.3 pounds.
Gream Team (Team 2) went from 13704.5 to 13627.4 which means they lost a total of 77.1 pounds.
The Reducers (Team 3) went from 12325.5 to 12250.9 which means they lost a total of 74.6 pounds.
Therefore, the order of winnings are:
Bums Away - First Place
Green Team - Second Place
The Reducers - Third Place
I will have the top 10 losers posted later this afternoon. I just want to make sure there still aren't any glitches in the spreadsheet. Then I will have the final results posted on the result thread with everyone's weight. Thanks everyone we are doing a great job. We did lose a few more people this time around with not weighing in so hopefully we can still hold strong.

Ok team I need help... Im feeling really down because my weight is not going down!! Im back up again to 152 ... I dont understand why it wont budge. Ive been at this since Dec 1st and only lost a few pounds. Im just so frustereated. I work out 3 days a week and eat 1500 cals a day.... am I just not trying enought.. Im just feeling discouraged....

I was reading this article about metabolism recovery and read that it can take up to 4 weeks for your metabolism to begin to recover from being very slow and then another 4 weeks after that for the metabolism to actually start making a difference on the scale. One thing that helps me when the numbers aren't cooperating is to measure my arms, legs, waist etc. Sometimes the scale doesn't go down, but the inches still come off. My weight hasn't changed that much, but I was able to wear a shirt last weekend that I haven't been able to wear for months because the arms were too small.

I agree. Our bodies sometimes take a little time to reset at a new weight when it comes to continued weight loss. Don't give up. It might help to increase activity, if possible, and/or cut back a few more calories. It will happen. Don't give up. Go by how your clothes fit. You could be adding muscle and becoming leaner while staying at the same weight.

also it depends on how many calories you were eating before. If you cut your calories back too fast, it might make your body thinks it's not getting enough, same with fat. I was doing the same thing, then I increased my cal intake by just a little and it worked. Just a thought if you want to try something.
Plus, change your workouts up, don't do the same thing everyday.

I'm up 3 lbs! Sorry guys! I've had a VERY bad week! I have been having horrible sugar cravings, which by the way I haven't had in over a year! Anyway, I've given into them alot this week, but next week I will be strong! I promise, I just have to make it through the weekend...

I feel like Ive made good choices to change my eating habits and to exercise more, ( I also quit smoking).. but I feel like its kinda made me obsessed. Like all I think about is food and how many calories it has. Im gonna stick with this challenge until the end, but I think my frame of mind needs to change. Im never gonna be stick thin, and so what If Ive gained a few pounds since I got married!! I need to be happy with the way my body is now and just continue to eat healthy and exercise. If I loose more weight great, if not thats ok too because Im loved no matter what I look like :)

Theam three I was in the hospital for yet another UTI infection and this week I have an Upper respertory infection and a double ear infection so I an on two different antibiotics plus steroids to get rid of the upper resp. having asthma is really a bummer at times! hopefully I will not have that much more of a gain.

I looked at the week 3 results, and they never picked up my reporting of my wt. I checked and I did report it on page 28 of the challenge. what should I do? How do I let them know, should I post this on that page, I thougth it was only for weigh ins.
I think that was from the week before. I havent seen the results for this last week yet.
Yes the results were for the 24th. Hopefully we will have the 31st ready by Sunday.
