I want to get a group of us and form a group to loose weight together! :) aswel as giving support, daily reports/updates of our weight,vent about your day, weigh in weekly or whenever you can:P....

- cw: 72kg or 160lbs
- gw:145-150
im just looking to loose around 10-15 pounds or just 10kg! :P........tone my body and change the way i eat. i think its better if we do it in a group as its always better loosing weight with someone with the same goal in a positive environment.

im kinda nervous - im going to a friend's sweet sixteen tonight. heaven knows there's gonna be cake and a ton of other delicious junk that i dont need. its gonna take every ounce of strength i have not to have any (im pretty strict on my non cheat days.). and i know im gonna get crap from another friend of mine thats going. she shoves food down her mouth like there's no tomorrow and expects me to do the same. anytime i eat anything remotely healthy around her she always insists on giving me #### . ahhhh wish me luck!

Yeah, I have been eating horrible for the past three months and hardly working out. I finally got back on track on Wednesday so that's why I'm not weighing myself until Friday. I'm scared lol, I just don't want to know how much I weigh now! Haha, I'm pathetic.
-colorblind-, thats a good idea, but for today i decided just to keep some of my own healthy snacks with me in my purse. so if i have an urge i'll just go munch on my own goodies. also, this shin dig is at a park, so there's gonna be running around, sand volleyball, walking trails, and all sorts of activites to keep my mind off food

well i didn't eat any of the snacks i brought.... instead i had one slice of trotta's pizza (cincinnati tradition i just cannot refuse) and one slice of yellow cake. yeah sure they weren't the healthiest options, but i ate them in moderation. i had ONE slice of each. to keep myself from eating more i just kept sucking down water. i will still stay at my calorie goal for each day (1500) if all i have tonight is a salad and some strawberries.
besides, im 15, i can afford the cake and pizza with all the running around i did. i feel like im talking to myself here haha

I actually SHRUNK, pretty weird eh? haha but I'm 5'1.
ct89: You shrunk!? I didn't know that could happen with young people! Lol, my mom shrunk as she got older. To this day she claims that she is 5'2" but she is really 5'0" haha, she just refuses to admit it.
Anyway, today was good. I did my weight lifting routine, and was planning on going swimming in my pool but as soon as I was about to go in it started absolutely pouring out! I was so angry.
How is everybody else doing?
-colorblind- i know what you mean on upping the calories. on days like today ( 4-5 hours of softball) i eat more around 2000 calories, mostly carbs, lots of fruits and veggies. on days when im a little more lax i eat closer to 1500. i just vary from day to day
about a year ago i had some not so great eating habits. i got almost NO calcium from the food i ate. i also had a bad sleeping pattern (still sorta do). i was only getting around 4-5 hours a nite, if that. sure enough I SHRUNK. i was like geez im short as it is, i don't need to shrink anymore! i could be 5'4 right now, but no, i had to shrink :(..... it was a lesson learned however
today i made six DELICIOUS custard cups, yum yum yum. i substituted half the required amout of sugar with splenda, and the total calorie count for one serving is only 110 ( somethin in that range) calories. they are pretty big servings to. compared to the tasteless nana muffins i made last time, these custard cups are a big improvement
i sense this thread slowly withering away to it's lonely death.....
