I want to get a group of us and form a group to loose weight together! :) aswel as giving support, daily reports/updates of our weight,vent about your day, weigh in weekly or whenever you can:P....
my stats are:
- cw: 72kg or 160lbs
- gw:145-150
im just looking to loose around 10-15 pounds or just 10kg! :P........tone my body and change the way i eat. i think its better if we do it in a group as its always better loosing weight with someone with the same goal in a positive environment.

na i know for sure it aint muscle. lol. however, i hopped on the scale today and i was 114 even! yay! sticking to my diet must have worked! i guess it just takes a while longer for some ppl to rid of that water weight
-colorblind- i know how you feel! it's almost impossible to go out to eat and not overindulge, even if you don't think you are. my excuse for blowing my calorie limit out the window when i eat out is "well, self, its not often you eat here, so make the most of it"
im having pizza at a friend's tomorrow.... im gonna attempt to limit myself to two pieces

Agh. I've been eating pretty badly latelyy. Haha. But I made a couple new calorie changes, so hopefully I'll start losing again. Right now I'm trying to get my BMR intake, so counting out workouts and everything. So, sedentary days are about 1400, lightly active days are about 1600, and active days are 1800-2000 depending. :) I'm trying to lose this weight slowly, so hopefully this works out.
Ha! I still qualify as a teen for the next five months!
Ok, so, I moved in with my boyfriend a month ago and living on my own has made my weight go uphill!!! I'm 138 and though I don't look bad, I feel I'm starting to look dumpy. I'm lucky that I carry it well, but I miss the days when I felt slender and toned. Well, it's time to get those days back!!!!
hearing all these terrible stories about college and boyfriends and roomates contributing to weight gain is beginning to make me fear moving out! lol.

say my body burns 2000 calories a day. does that mean in order to gain a pound of fat i would have to eat 5500 calories instead of just 3500?

smspector: all girls schools are the bomb hahaha. i honestly wouldnt go back coed school on a bet if i were given the choice. the catholic part though, that gets old relly fast. ive been in catholic schools fron k-10.
twilighter: 1. ALWAYS eat breakfast. 2. don't deprive yourself of foods. for instance, right now im eating an ice cream sundae cone from weight watchers. only 140 calories. derpriving yourself of ALL the bad foods will eventually cause you to abandon your diet. 3. have cheat days! i have a cheat day EVERY friday, and i still lose about 1 pound a week. 4. don't go below 1200 calories a day. if you find that you are short a few hundred, eat some HEALTHY foods to make up for it. going below 1200 (or more actually because you're so young) will only hurt you in the long run. 5. post on this thread because its slowly dying. lol

i average about 1500 cals a day. on days like today when a have a softball tourney i average about 1800 a day

mine is tomorrow (YAY!!!) and im having peanut butter cookie dough with every meal. im hoping after i eat some of this cookie dough i'll be able to stop fantacizing about it at night

I have been doing pretty well on my weight loss (just lost 4 lbs), but dont have anyone to talk to, sine all my friends are naturally waifs and thus REALLY skinny.
my cheat day is already over. i dont EVER want to see ANY cookie dough ever again for as long as a live. just the thought of all that sugar and raw eggs upsets my stomache. :(
