Heh beyoonique, you should try the unflavored stuff they sell from a place called vitamin cottage.. it's absolutely awful! Even with milk it just tastes like starchy goop.

As for me I'm down another pound since my last post to 157.. low carb, high protein dieting is really starting to melt the fat off.

haven't been on in a while, sorry! :)

sw: 110

cw: 104.2

I'd like to be slim by April 4th (day of my trip to London and Paris!).

cw: 116

gw: 102-105

I'm 5'6 with a very petite frame.  In order to be 116 lbs. I have to eat about 3,000 to 4,000 calories a day!

Hiya, I've just joined today and this post seemed like a good place to meet like-minded people. My stats are:   Height: 5'4'' CW: 112 GW: 100   So yeah, thats about 10lbs I need to lose - I go to India at the end of April, so will want to have dropped a couple of pounds by then, and then I'm starting uni in September (im from the UK by the way) so want to be looking slender by then! I used to be 98lbs, but since leaving school (I'm now on a gap year, working) I've gained a lot, so I want to get back to a weight that I'm happy with. 100lbs will do for now, then maybe I'll lose those extra 2 to get back to 98 - depending on how I feel!!   How's everyone doing?

Hi, I'm Lisa. This seems like a good place for me to join :)

I'm 17 years old, grade 12.
H: 5'2.5
CW: 134lbs
GW: 125 short term, ultimately 115
Bust: 36 ish
Waist: 31"
Hip: 38 ish

Here's my story:
My weight has been a rollercoaster for yearrs. In Grade 10 i started out 138...my heaviest. I got down to 113, and back up to 126. Grade 11 i got down again to 115 and then reached 132 by the end of june. During that summer  i got down to 120 again but got to 126 by the time school started. And i got down to 119 this year but i've effectively reached 134 right now.

My waist measurement right now is 31, which is huge for me. I've rarely been this big. Waist is really the only one I care about, since thats where the weight goes. I feel pretty gross right now, and I've resolved to do something about it. The sad and discouraging part is even when i resolve to do something and suceed, i eventually end up gaining it all back and more over time.

Basically, i just need to get back into good habits and hope it comes off this time. I feel like maybe joining something will help me? I ate decent today, not great but better than i have been lately.

So, hello to everyone. Hopefully this helps a bit :)

Space for another?

I'm a newbie to Calorie Count.

I'm 15 and a serious ballet student

H: 5'9", possibly .5" taller

CW: 145 ish (it fluctuates a lot, between 137-148)

GW: 133

I'm really looking to become more healthy with my eating choices, and hopefully since I'm already exercising between 10-20 hours a week (mainly dance) I won't have to exercise much more. I don't eat REALLY bad, but I fall into pop tart breakfast when I don't feel like fixing something to eat. I hope I can learn to be a better preparer of food (especially to help my mom) and learn to make healther choices!
