For those of you who have raved about the Biggest Loser workouts, I'm just wondering how you're finding them over a period of time. Has anyone noticed any major changes?
I have had mine about a week now- I LOVE IT! I've been paring the warmup with two workouts (Ex. either low cardio + Bootcamp or High cardio + Strength & Sculpt, etc) I'm hoping it doesn't get boring over time, that's why I wanted to see how everyone who has eben using it for awhile finds it.

P.S - My legs are KILLING me. LOL

keep it up girl!  I used mine my first month and lost 9lbs.  I loved it and still have it.  I havent done it in a while because I got the Jillian dvds and love them!

I have heard the Jillian DVD's are good... I also saw your post about her crunches- very informative!

Have you tried Turbo Jam???

it's great to hear you love the biggest loser dvd. yeah i've had mine for a couple months now and have lost about 25lbs using it. i got of track with my workouts the past 2 weeks but i plan on getting back on track monday...it's just been a VERY rough couple of weeks. anyway...stick with it. it's totally worth it!

also if you hear anything about turbo jam let me know. i watch the commercials about it all the time and they look great and alot of fun. let me know what you find out. email me if you want my time. lacirrom@hotmail.com
Ive never heard of the Turbo Jam.  As far as the Jillian- Highly recommend if you are that serious.  she is very hardcore but I love that!  You really feel like she is talking to you.
