Rockingrandma- That's is a good way at looking at it! When you have such a large amount to lose, it is important to set small weight loss goals within it.
That way, it doesn't seem as daunting.
Sammeh31- Yip, that's ok! you can either set a goal when you post on Friday or you can just leave that space empty :)
