Thighs - Lol when i went on holiday we disappeared 30 minutes out of our way just to go to this tiny little village on the side of this steep hill just to get ice-creams!!!... we did it twice because they were so big and nice.
I gained 5 pounds in 10 days lol.

What an exhausting day!!
Went and looked at 8 different houses in 5 hours this afternoon.
Big news, my mum came home last night with the idea that we're going to move into town!
Which will be a new experience for me since i've never lived in a real town, only little villages or in the country.
It's good though, i'll be able to see my sisters more and my boyfriend.
I'll be able to get work easier.
I'll be closer to pools for exercise or i'll be able to bike or go for a walk without worrying about the scary truck drivers that go up and down my road to the lumber mill...
Lol i'm just trying to stay positive and focus on those things, instead of panicking over the fact that there's a huge change happening.
I panic easily, especially over moving.
Which is silly, i've lived in 8 different houses and i'm only 17! I should be used to my mothers crazy shifting-ideas by now but i'm still surprised by them. :]

this week has not gone well, I have ignored any kind of dieting and been eating every kind of crap all the time. Will not do!
Thighs - Nope, i left "school" when i was 16.
But I've been home schooled all my life! So really i was just taken off of the ERO books.
I don't have any plans yet... I'm struggling with the "cross over" faze between being a teenager and an adult lol.
But i figure I'm only 17, i don't need to decide my "life's goal" yet so I'm just gonna keep on living and see where it takes me for now.
I'm thinking once i move into town, I'm gonna try and just get an average retail job.
Just to get me out and around people more 'cause most of my life is spent in this computer lol.
Last year i had been thinking about becoming a personal trainer, and i was my mum and my mums friends personal "coach" to try and help their weight loss, but I'm not sure if it's where I'm heading at the moment.
I really do enjoy coming up with workouts and food plans and everything, but I'm just not 100% sure if thats what i want to study at the moment.
Currently, i'm all crazed about cake and cupcake decorating lol.
So, i'm either going to be making people fat with baked goods or helping them lose weight by making them workout!! Lol.

Worked in the garden today for about an hour, cleaning up the pavement and pulling some scrub away from the side of the house SO!
That was my workout.
It worked up quite a sweat!
Then i had a relatively healthy lunch of boiled potatoes and salad with beans so! A good day in my opinion!

Thank you for your encouraging comments 'restless_girl'! It is a bank holiday in the UK this weekend and I have been to the gym every day just to kick start my 'new start'. I have lost 1.6 of those 4lbs already so its working! Hopefully it will be good news on Friday.

I just made Moussaka yesterday and it was delicious. To make it "lower in fat" I used half low fat cheddar cheese and half full fat cheddar which gave it 460 calories, but they are healthy portions (you can cut the cheese fat and or size to cut out calories if needed). You can adjust it however you like. Next time I might use all low fat, but since it was my first time eating it I wanted to get a "real" taste of what it is meant to be like..lol The recipe calls for Beef or Lamb, but I used turkey. It is from McCalls reicpes Moussaka Oh it got a C+ which would probably go up if you use all low fat cheese.. enjoy.

Hey, restless, yep it was pretty bad...I got off track a couple of days to the tune of 1,000 calories a day. No excuses! Do you have an "instant willpower" mantra or pill?
My exercise is minimal. Today I REALLY need to go get those 10-lb bar bells to improve my strength training. I'm "old" and arthritic, so I need to go slow...I've worked my way up from 2-lb to 5-lb to 8-lb and now 10-lb. Plus I try to bike 5 days a week for 20-30 minutes.
It's eating too much and the wrong stuff. I log it, I track it, I analyze it, and then I go and do it again! Also, though, from day to day my weight fluctuates several pounds...but my trend line is flat. Which is better than gaining I guess.
Listen, if your wisdom teeth are "coming in", you probably need to save some $$ and get that done asap. Apparently you shouldn't let it go until you're 25 like I did...you should do it when you're like 17. Which I did for my kids.
I'll tell you what I did, sometime in my early 30's, I was trying to dislodge something with a toothpick, and I cracked the dang tooth. A dentist (not the one I use now) sort of filled it...Years later more work on it, and finally a crown. So go slow with your popcorn hulls. PS: I don't even eat popcorn for that reason...

Sometimes the body demands you eat more if you're not getting all the things you need, so perhaps you are lacking in something?

They don't really bug me much.
They come up and down, but all that really happens is the rest of my teeth get wiggly for a week or two and ache a little.
It's usually pretty easy to ignore.
My sister got hers pulled out though, because she got cronic pain every time they came up.
Not sure mine are annoying enough to spend that much cash on getting them pulled out yet.
Ugh yeah i've pretty much sworn off popcorn now...
If i'm craving something like popcorn, i'll eat ricecakes.
They almost have the same texture but they dont have evil I'll-get-stuck-in-your-tooth bits!

Plus if i tore them up into pop-corn sized pieces it'd be even more like it :]
