thanks for adding me to the list, restless girl, i am so excited!  i've been at the same weight 3 or 4 days now, after my initial 6 lb loss in a week, so this will help give me the push to  get  past that initial water weight loss and make some concrete progress!  aside, of course, from the progress that is eating better, which  i have been doing pretty consistently.
