August weight loss "Slimming Minis" Challenge
Anyone who would like to join the challenge here are the guidlines.
Send your start weight on August 1st.
send all information to me email do not post it on the thread. This is for Challenges and encouragement.
3 points for each 15 minutes of workout time. This is structure workouts and there are no points for anything other than 15 minunte intervals
2 points each for every 8 ounces of water. Plain or bottle (No flavors)
1 point for every 8 ounces of caffiene free, diet pop or flavored water or decaf tea.
1 points if daily challenge (physical or positive) is completed
send your weight at the end of the month. Person with the most points wins.
Keep in mind daily challenges are on a first come basis. If you want to post a challenge, then you need to be the first one to suggest it. Just let me know that you did the challenge. Challenges have the entire month to be done.
send your information in the following format.
3x 8 oz of water
45 minutes of treadmill
5x 8 oz of caffeine free tea
completed challenge
you will need to send info daily or every other day. If you go out of town or on vacation, send when you return just be sure and break it down my dates.

Reason: Moved from Motivation to Games & Challenges
Be sure to read the new rule (the 1 point for drinks other than water but WITHOUT sugar or caffeine.) This is new to August.
I know this seems like a lot of logging first timers but it really makes you accountable for yourself and your weight.
Usually at the end there are only a handful of people that finish and those that do have shown positive results.
I would like to say that I do all the same things that you folks do I just don't log it. Conflict of interest.
I'm working on Firm tapes for August. anyone using firm tapes?
