This week i am on vaca and have been working my butt off with lots of exercise and so far i have not lost a thing this week.
I really wanted to eat last night so i ate 400 more calories than i should have, now I am pissed at myself........
This friday is my wedding anniversary and i really want to have lost at least a pound.

Don't be discouraged. We all hit a plateau every once in awhile - that's why you'll see a zillion threads on that topic. You should create a post in the weight loss forum asking for help evaluating your diet. The information the helpers will want to know is your height, weight, gender, how many calories you consume, and what kind of physical activity you do.
You can also use the tools section of this website to help you evaluate how many calories you need to consume to lose weight.
Surprisingly you may find that you're not eating enough! Starvation mode is the worst. I never felt like I was actually starving when I was below my necessary calorie intake, but my body hang on to every single calorie and fat gram I consumed because we're just built to survive.
Keep pluggin away. Create a water goal for yourself - drink half your weight in water today (in ounces), so if you weight 160 you have to drink 80oz of water today. Go go go! Fill up your cup! You can do it!.... I need to take my own advice. I'm going to get some water....
Even if you don't lose anything this week, you still rock.
