Here's a link to our map: MAP!
Here's the link to our September Continuation: September
If you can't find yourself on the map, or you see a mistake below, please let me know. I removed a few more people who hadn't posted in two weeks. What a great challenge this was! By the way, thank you for all of your thank yous! I'm glad you enjoyed the challenge.
A few congratulations for the week: Sara-tink for making it down into the 150s. Also, happy birthday to Shanlu - it's still your birthdya for 3 minutes in my time zone anyway...
Congrats to Calbert who just got married!

I'm stuck in a plateau * AGAIN * =( In the past few days, I have tried to change up my diet by eating more frequently, more fiber, less carbs, but that hasn't seem to work. I'm still running, but stopped weight training about 3 weeks ago, so I guess I better give that another try to see if it will help with the weight loss . . .
To everyone who has reported a loss for the past week - CONGRATS!!!
Rebecca - YAY for you!!! =) Congratulations on meeting your weight loss goal early. Keep up the great work!

139 today, 3 pounds lost total
Hooray! I?m down 2
pounds this week to 148! I was really
worried I blew it last night when I went out for a bowl of really salty soup. I?m so excited - just 3 pounds away from a
healthy BMI.
So far, everyone seems to be doing well - Singzjazz - up your calories a little. Eat five 250 calorie meals spread out throughout the day. It?ll help. I was astonished at how much you lost the first week - I took a peak at your profile and figured your husband does the photography and you do all the labor! Fantastic project you've got goin' on there.
Rebepi - you are rockin? it girl! You rocked it last month too! So proud of you :)
p0nda & sapphireanderson - so glad CC is working for you. I can relate. 158 was my plateau and I stayed there for nearly a year until I really started utilizing this site. The support of others has made all the difference in the world. sapphire? Do I see you down there in the 130s? I think I do! Woot Woot!
Tribegirl - you?re a trooper - hang in there. It's a minor set back in the big scheme of things. We're all here for you.
Angiethe1 - you?re back! Yea!
How exciting, lisagail made it down into the 160s and calbert made it down into the 140s! Looks like all that running is paying off because tabathar made it down into the 130s this week - fantastic.
For those of you that feel like things are going really slow - ounce loss by ounce losses, consider switching your workout. Our bodies get used to things after awhile and sometimes switching things up really helps. The same goes for diet too.
khudasgal - where've you been? We're all here waiting to cheer for you. You can still jump in - post your city and state, your height and your weight today. Later this evening I'm going to delete all of the participants that haven't posted for two weeks and thin out our map.
Speaking of the map - the server is going through some maintenance today, so the map might be down for part of the day.
Have a great week everyone!

dagicat,
Congratulation on quitting smoking!!!
It sucks not being able to eat whatever and whenever, just work the food into your calories for the day. Remember to eat healthy not junk, but a little junk food, budgeted in, doesn?t hurt.
If we deprive ourselves of certain food, we will want it even more. No food is off limits it just needs to be in proportion and budgeted in. So remember you can do it and so can we.
Pixyz,
You are almost at your healthy BMI, Congrats.
Wow, we as a team have lost 124.2 lbs!!!!!!!
