This year I said , scrap the New Years Resolution and plan so that you can have an awesome New Years resolution next year ![]()
Thus to be able to do this, being 40-45 pounds less and the positive that goes with the weigh loss (energy and self esteem) I planned 5 pound reduction for the first 3 months and then 3 pounds per month for the following months.![]()
Knowing in was intake vs burn I then found this site to "count" and all I can say is awsome!!![]()

For ideas and support in your exercise efforts, check out the Fitness forum.
I am sure you will find other people who have found ways to work in some activity keeping in mind injuries such as yours.
