This year I said , scrap the New Years Resolution and plan so that you can have an awesome New Years resolution next year Cool

Thus to be able to do this, being 40-45 pounds less and the positive that goes with the weigh loss (energy and self esteem) I planned 5 pound reduction for the first 3 months and then 3 pounds per month for the following months.Undecided

Knowing in was intake vs burn I then found this site to "count" and all I can say is awsome!!Innocent

My week link in exercise!! My achilies heel is alchahol!!  Wish me blessed Tongue out ..and I'm rooting for all of you guys as well...GO TEAM!!! Wink

It sounds like you already have the basics down :)
For ideas and support in your exercise efforts, check out the Fitness forum.
I am sure you will find other people who have found ways to work in some activity keeping in mind injuries such as yours.
