I don't know whether you're happy or upset about this. But I'm here to throw in a 'congrats'. Its a sign of good health :)

AMAZINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!  CONGRATS x10!!!!!

I HOPE YOU FEEL HAPPY+PROUD OF THIS SUCCESS AND DISPLAY THAT YOURE ECOVERING AND TREATING YOUR BODY RIGHT!

can i ask though, i know you run a lot, deff tons tons more active than i am, but what do you think contributed to this?  how many cals have you been averaging to gain and what not?

thanks, and congrats again!

HAHAHAH IMO SO HAPPY! probably should have specified that ;)

AHHHH OMG I TOLD YOU! CONGRATS!

CONGRATS!

I'm so jealous. What's your secret?

Seriously, though. I'm so happy for you! You womanly woman, you!

That's so awesome; I'm trying really hard to regain my cycle right now too.  What did you have to do?

Congrats!!!

Do you think eating lots of fats made the difference?

I have no idea what I did, but I have been eating tons of healthy fats: PB, avocado, hummus, etc. I also eat a lot of carbs and don't really eat particularly healthy at the moment :). It's also weird because I exercise often and I don't think I'm at a normal BMI range but I've always been on the low-end so I'm hoping this is something I will be allowed to 'maintain' at since I'm 'normal'. Dunno. Any thought about this are appreciated!

Congrats!

As far as a healthy range what is your weight right now (when you received your period)? Maybe I could help you, I got mine back at around 112-115 I think. I am so proud of you! But you are taller than me so...

I don't know what my weight is (haven't gotten weighed in a couple of weeks) but I would guess around 115 or something like that? [I've been eating like crazy cause I wan't all this crap to be over and done with. Thinking about food just got annoying honestly. I would rather think about other things like "why is abbreviated such a long word?" and marathon training and how to accentuate my rediscovered badonkadonk.] I'm almost 5'8 and back when I was healthy and such I was around 117-120 before I gave a hoot about calories.

On a random side note, I found on my computer where I had posted on the runnersworld.com website after I ran my marathon when I started losing weight unintentionally how I was worried about my unexplained weight loss and I didn't know what to do/was afraid of losing muscle tone/etc. Two months later I had written out a meal plan on the same computer which had me eating 800 cals a day (of mostly carrots, tomato soup, and apples) and a note to run 8 miles that day. Weird how EDs work!
