Recipe I found to duplicate Aussie Bites I purchase at Sam's Club. Changed the servings until the calories and fat in each serving came close to matching.

Recipe Ingredients for Aussie Bites

2 cups oats
2 cups whole-wheat flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 1/2 ounce unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup dried raisins
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup honey
1 cup unsalted butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons water (hot)

Recipe Directions for Aussie Bites

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (farenheit).

  2. Combine first six ingredients in a large bowl.

  3. Melt honey & butter together in microwave; set aside.

  4. Mix baking soda with hot water and add to butter mixture.

  5. Pour butter mixture into dry ingredients and mix well.

  6. Place tablespoons of mixture into non-stick mini-muffin cups (no need to grease) and flatten mixture slightly. Bake 10 minutes or until golden. Cool on wire racks.
