What have you had autographed?
What have you had autographed and by who?
Understanding paper and photos are the staples but hoping to think of something creative for when I get my autographs from idol Leoanrd Nimoy (my photo gallerys self explanatory) . Not creative for me but the autograph process is SO fleeting, something to maybe catch his eye. Ive two upcoming autos in Jersey and another two in Vegas.
So far he is my only autograph person (not that I want one from anyone else) .Mine are from him on
* his Shekhina photography book
* a insert to his Vincent DVD (his one man play filmed)
* a great B&W photo of him older.
The latter not my avatar which IS my fav photo of him.
So who's autograph do you have and on what?
I had my butt autographed by a minor film star one drunken night in my youth.
i got two copies of Too Fat to Fish autographed by Artie Lange. i spent quite a while trying to come up with something clever or witty to say when i met him. when the time came i said "umm i have two."
DOH!
I framed a page from my sketchbook that Crispin Glover autographed and drew a spindle in. But I guess a sketchbook isn't a terribly creative thing to have autographed.
My high school yearbook and the underside of the graduation cap. I still have them. As far as celebrities, I really wouldn't want an autograph. I wouldn't know what to do with it!
I have a NY ballcap autographed by Don Mattingly. I have an Indy 500 program autographed by Eddie Cheever. And a couple of pictures, Alan Henderson & Sarah Fischer. I guess that's it, I'm not a collecter of things like that.
my brother is a huge springsteen fan. i was in physical therapy years ago and he was coming out of the orthopedics office. so i stepped out asked his bodyguard if i could go up to him and went up to his car with a notebook...
he seemed real nice he was tan and fit 'smaller then i thought-as in not too tall'. i said i was a an saw him preform but my brother was one of his biggest fans if he could autograph the notepad for him...
he did personalize an autograph something to the effect of "congrats on getting married and best wishes bruce"
it was nice of him, not all to creative but personalized. to this day i wish i had had one of my "born to Run" 5 miler race sweatshirts in the car to have had autographed... but such is life ...
I've had my chest autographed by Rev Theory, Basshunter, Dir en grey, and Motley Crue.
Dir en grey, my favorite band ever, also autographed all their cds for me and one of those professional photo thingies
I have a Coors Original baseball cap signed by Sterling Marlin (my favorite NASCAR driver) and a piece of notebook paper signed by Georges St-Pierre (my favorite UFC fighter). :)
Oh yeah, and a sweet signed poster from Francis Ford Coppola's new movie, Tetro. I need to frame that.
My Husbands Blue belt is autographed by Royce Gracie (who gave him the belt)....other than that....nada
I don't have any autographs but if I were to get one by a celebrity that I'm a HUGE fan of (like Johnny Depp) I'd probably have him sign me and then tattoo over it. Yeah, I'm a freak. A freak who loves Johnny! ;D
I have a picture signed by Vic Mignogna and Chuck Huber. x3

Amen! Me too. Ha Ha. ;) :P
When I was younger I wrote to Melissa Joan Hart and she sent me a signed autograph.
I also did the same with John Travolta and he also sent me a signed picture. :)
I was big into hardcore/emo bands in my younger days and went to alot of concerts.
The Used's Bert Mccracken signed my ticket
Hawthorne Height's drummer signed a piece of paper I found on the street (he is now deceased)
From First To Last's Sonny Moore signed my hand
He Is Legend's bassist signed my shoe
Taking Back Sunday's singer signed my tshirt
And oh yeah, Richard Simmons signed my receipt, and he was wearing a sparkly jumpsuit.
I've got a bunch of hockey stuff signed. A broken piece from the locker room, ticket stubs, hats, jerseys, pucks, hockey sticks, but I think my favorite thing is my $20 bill, framed and untouched to this day, that I had my all-time favorite ECHL player sign before he left our team for good. He was never really the same after that wicked concussion.
I bumped into the old hockey mascot at work and got him to sign my gauze packets. It was the only thing on my tray that I could write on.
Somewhere I have a lot of band swag autographed. The most unique, though, was when the bassist or the drummer, whoever, from Taking Back Sunday autographed my nephew. His father did some tattoo work on the guy and he later joined them for a barbeque.
Where can I see 1/8th or 1/6th of a pie or angel food cake?
This is the best way to picture a portion of pie or cake: Draw a circle to represent the circumference of the cake or pie (9" pie? 10" cake?... Read more
