Anyone know what the calories/fat/etc are in a avacado? I want to put one in my salad...but I have no idea what to count for it as I can't pull anything up in the food list?

Cool thanks!
I eat 1/4 to a 1/2 avocado every day in my salad. They are very good for you. I was just using 1/4 but was told to up my fat intake so I upped it to 1/2. If you type in avocados, it will come up. Then, with a drop down menu, you have several options for how you measure it.
Hope this helps.

Even though they are high cal's. You should each them because they have the 'good fats'. Apparently we must all each the good fats, because it makes the bad fats go away.......
I have a nice ripe one, all ready to eat. I'm making a simple guacamole to have on some beans and rice. It's just avocado, lime juice and salt - like I said, simple.
great source of fiber too
