3 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb) Pears
262 grams Oranges
1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados

Recipe Directions for Avocado and Pear Smoothie

Cut the pear into wedges, put them through the juicer and pour the juice into the blender. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and oranges and add to the blender. Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, scoop out the flesh and add to the blender. Whizz until everything is blended together, 2 Servings
