I want to add more healthy fats into my diet.  I can go overboard with a bag of nuts, but can't really do that with an avocado, which I still like.  Any ideas for snacks (no small salad or guac recipes either).  Thanks!

Holy cow that looks like the best thing in the entire world!  If those were sitting in front of me they would be a mortal weakness.   I wouldn't be able to eat just one serving!

I am wondering if I could bake this instead of frying? what do you guys think?

ANy one try these yet? they look so good

My two favorite non-guac ways to enjoy avacado are 1) to just cut them in half, scoop out the seed with a spoon and then eat the avacado straight from the shell with the same spoon, and 2) sliced and used as a topping for a chicken/brown rice/cilantro/jack cheese mixture.

if you like tuna you might like this. i eat this ALL THE TIME  at work.

i take a small can of tuna in water drain it and mix it with half a smashed avocado and a dash of salt and pepper and mix it all up and eat it.

if i need carbs i put it on a whole wheat tortilla or i mix a serving of minute brown rice that comes in the little microwaveable cup in there.  its delicious and its quick and easy!
