avoid a binge
Help! I'm so tempted to go binge right now and I know I don't really want to! I'm trying to just stay put and work on a paper for school but I feel like I'm jsut about to bolta nd binge.
Just relax, focus on your paper & think about how you would rather NOT binge.
..Obviously that will make you feel better in the long run, as hard as it may be to resist.

I always get like that when I have homework to do. It's because I'd rather do anything else than the homework I have. If you absolutely must give in, snack on something low calorie, like celery or carrots.
Really, really focus on your paper and not your desire to eat. It'll keep your hands busy. If you have to, go out and write it in rough on paper in a place you DON'T have access to food. A park or a public hall or library, that sort of thing.
thank you guys! it was helpful just seeing the responses of help when i needed it. i think i'm out of the danger zone right now--thank god i know would've felt really bad if i had binged. now im done with my work and i actually laid outside in the sun for a bit which was really nice. :)
