AWESOME ARTICLE (Jillian Michaels Interview)
Ok I don't know about the rest of you but first and foremost I am obsessed with The Biggest Loser. Secondly, I am obsessed with how Jillian trains. I love the in-your-face type of female trainer showing that 1) she is a total badace and 2) that she truly wants you to work to your potential and no less. I personally need somebody like that in my face to keep me motivated.
Anyway, I came across this article yesterday when randomly searching google for what Jillian Michaels does to stay fit, etc and found this article in the Washington Post that was simply people asking her questions and Jillian answering them. Totally awesome because she answered a TON of questions that I needed answered as well as cleared up some myths that even I was still stuck on. Enjoy =)
