Hmmm.... well it said i should maintain my weight at 1350 cals..
I am 5'8 and 130lbs..i work out 3 times a week.

I would lose weight like crazy if i did that!

Actually, we have those tools on CC+ as well!  Plus, I put my stats in the site you suggest, and it told me (5'6" 135) that I (like sprout21) need 1350 to maintain. I ate more than that to lose weight!

I wouldn't recommend people using that site.

Yeah, unfortunately I agree with everyone. It says to loose .9 a week I need to eat bare minimum of 1200 which less than my BMR of 1400. I did the 1200 in the beginning and didn't loose weight because my body was starving. I am pretty satisfied with the tools on CC. The only one they don't have is the BMR I think.

I like the CC tools better.

weird.  it gave me very similar stats to CC!  I liked that you could put in how much time you spend at the different activity levels.

Thanks for sharing.  Even if it isn't completly accurate for everyone, it is great to have another basis to compare.  It was actually pretty close to what the CC tools say for my BMI and Calorie Intake (for 2 lbs loss a week).  It was neat to see the full breakdown.

Woah! For me to lose weight it said that I should be eating 1700cals a day. CC says 1200! But it was cool to see the breakdown of it all.
