Awesome low cal soup recipe, for ALOT of soup, that takes like 10 minutes
1 package shirataki noodles - max 40 cals
1 cup cauliflower (pre-steamed) - about 35 cals
1 cup broccoli (pre-steamed) - about 55 cals
2 cups fat free, low sodium chicken broth - 10 cals
2 ounces baby portabella mushrooms - about 15 cals
Put them all in a pan together and heat up for a quick meal that's HUGE and only has about 155 calories.
I added leftover chicken that I had in the fridge to mine to give it more protein and calories (still only about 300), but it would be just as good without the meat.
