Awesome Toning Book for Teens

Quote  |  Reply
Okay, I'm really not the one to read a book about diet and exercise and follow it and have results. Not at all. Don't know why, but I just can't.

But i was at Barnes & Noble yesterday and came across this book Toning for Teens...and now I am addicted to it! It gives you SO much confidence and encouragement that you'll lose weight, tone up, and look better than ever. It also has amazing toning exercises for upper & lower body. I've tried them and I definitely feel how they work and I know I'm going to get great results. It also includes great diet tips. This book has gotten me even more motivated than before! (it also promises sexy feminine muscularity, not huge bulky muscles that most are afraid of getting..no..it will be what you've always wanted)

haha okay. I'm done acting like a salesperson now :-P I just wanted to let other teens out there know about this. Again, it's called Toning for Teens by Joyce L. Vedral, Ph.D

why is it exclusively for teens?
Kbeeps ~ the title is "Toning for Teens" so the focus and target audience is teenagers :)  Anyone can read it and may find it helpful ;)
Awesome! Thanks for the tip!
no problem! hope you guys give it a try :)

I did the abs stuff yesterday...my abs are SO sore today, but i know that I definitely worked them the way I want to and I'll get results I want!
OMG I'M SO HAPPY THAT SOMEONE ELSE IS DOING THIS TOO!!!!! I've been doing the workouts in this book for about a 6 weeks now and i'm definitely seeing results in my arms. Unfortunately I have to start doing some more fat burning to see the results. Musicislife do you want to do this thing together because I have lost a bit of motivation...
i do this workout, i love it!
