Guess I'll start.
My name is Tonya I started from my highest weight of 355 back in June and now weigh 317. Since this is a 12 week challenge my goal is to lose 26 pounds. Might not make it but I sure am going to give it my all for the team.

well my highest weight was 247 :P and sometime mid march i started eating as raw/vegan as possible and then started exercising a few weeks ago. Now Im down to 212. my goal for the next 12 weeks is to get down 24-30lbs, depending on how much exercise i can squeeze into my schedule. my final goal is to be at 150lbs (Im 5'11'') I haven't tried any of these challanges before and am looking forward to the extra support. So come on guys, lets keep each other motivated and win this! :)

My HW was 205, and now I'm down to 144. My goal is 136, so during BLC#4 I hope to reach that goal by losing my last 8 lbs, and perhaps surpass it if I feel I have a few more lbs to shed. Sorry I may not contribute too many lbs to our team, but I'll do my best :)
I participated in the first and second C-C Biggest loser challenges, and got 2nd most weight lost over-all in the first one. I'm pretty proud of that =P The second one the team's thread kinda died and I lost interest and I really hope that doesn't happen this time! The teams are smaller though, so I think we should do ok :)

Wooo Hooo Team 2!!! Everybody that's posted so far has already proved that they could lose weight and I'm already proud! Besides, we?ve taken a HUGE step in this process and decided that we?re not going to suffer and do it alone.
Well, I?m 5?3?, started at 207 2 weeks ago, and today I'm down to 200. My goals is 127 and hope to achieve that sometime around April/May 2008. My short term goal for this challenge is to lose 24-30 lbs. I?ve done this before, having met my goal in 2001. Then I was bedridden for a year with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in 2003, and again in 2006 due to a difficult pregnancy. So here I am, back at the weight I started at originally. I know from experience that it IS POSSIBLE. Also, not only is it healthy, but its also empowering to know that of all the things in life that are beyond my control, this is something that I can get a grip on. (nooooo? I?m not a control freak ;-) lol).

my biggest weight was 230 that was many years ago i was wearing 18/22lost the weight and got down to a size 4
soooo now many years later i am 190 will lose a total of 50lbs but during this challenge i would like to lose at least 30lbs i am in this 100 percent i was doing my tyebo this morn and pulled a butt cheek muscle(lol) soonce it feels better(today) i will also be doing my elliptical tomorrow i will be working on my abs, walking 1mile and doing my free weights
we will all reach our goal

My largest weight was 257 about 1 1/2 years ago, I am currently down to 186, as of this morning, and my final goal weight would be to 150, and goal weight for this challenge is 166! I hope to lose 20 lbs in 12 weeks! Oh, and I'm 5'11! These last pounds move soooo slow, but I will try my hardest!!! Good luck to you all!!!

Weighed in this morning at 322, which is down 71 lbs from my highest weight of 393 back in April of this year. Big guys can drop it pretty quickly I guess. I was losing between 3-4 lbs a week for a while, but since I started weight training, the weight loss has slowed a bit (but the mirror has been much kinder, which is worth the trade). Over the next 12 weeks, I would like to lose 30 lbs, but the mini goal is going under 300 for the first time in my adult life.
I was able to help my team in the last challenge, hopefully I can continue the contribution here!

You're probably not eating quite enough, rule of thumb is to take your total burned calories and eat at least a thousand less than that, so minimally 2027... but sometimes the calorie burned approxiamtions may be off a bit anyway, so eating a bit less occasionally probably doesn't hurt.

My plan today is to start walking 30 minutes...prolly inside my house lol...so darned hot here. Thank goodness for long hallways and big rooms. I'm also going to keep up with what I've been doing on my trampoline...which is about 4-6 minutes at a time 5 or 6 times a day.
As far as cals go I do come under what CC suggested but not very much. I haven't been having any problems with it.

im bakin in 104 degree days down here in orlando.. ugh i needed to up my aerobic so ive been getting up at 6:30am to powerwalk for 30 min and doing water aerobics in the pool after the sun has gone down - i have a bad knee so im kinda limited on impact stuff.
yep its 104 here in georgia, i have to stay in because i cant breath when its that hot and the thing is it hasnt let up at all, my husband was on his way home from work at 7oclock and that bank said it was 105 at 7at night ists been horrible
