So today my freind had her wisdom teath out, and I got her some baby food as a joke, but it suddenly dawned on me as I was reading the nutrition, that they would make great little snacks! Most of them are no more than 100 cals each and come in all types and flavours, surely anything you are craving for you could find in the baby food aisle.
(I do mean this as a snack too, I dont intend to go and eat only 3 jars of baby food for a whole day and chew and spit most of it! Just had to add this before anyone jumped on the whole ED spin, I eat a very healthy diet :))
Has anyone else tried this??

I keep Gerber puffs on my desk at work all the time, they are great to munch on when 3pm hunger sets in and the whole tub is 150 calories, and they take a long time to munch on!
I like the 'puffs'... and after I had my wisdom teeth out I bought a couple of things of fruit babyfood just to add a little variety to my diet. They were pretty good and I wouldn't mind having them again as a change from applesauce... (the pureed fruit makes a great dessert topping).
