baby waking more??

 my 4 month old used to sleep through the night, s/t waking once to feed but lately he wakes up twice and seems harder to get him to go back to sleep. could this be a growth spirt? Any ideas??

It's probably a growth spurt. Doctor's appointments tend to be scheduled around these spurts (2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, etc).
