Back in action!

I joined this group and site when I was pregnant with my first child, a girl.  She was born 7/14, emergency c-sec.  Anyhow, I am back to work and feeling normal again so I'm back on this site too.  I gained 45 pounds total with my pregnancy.  I haven't really been concentrating on my diet and exercise.  But somehow I've lost 20 pounds already (in 2 months!).  Must be the stress, activity & sleep deprivation of a new baby!

I'm trying to kick it up a notch and get in gear to actively try to lose the remaining 25 pounds of baby weight.  Any suggestions of low-impact (bad knees) exercises I can do that preferably I can include the baby in, one way or another??  I have started walking around the park at the end of the street a few times a week.  But depending on the baby's temperament it may be anywhere from a half a mile to a mile and a half.

I know they have dvd workouts that include your infant! Why not try searching it out on Amazon?
