So earlier this year i lost about 13 pounds in 3 months.


During that time my husband got orders and everything went into "crazy" mode. 

I used to be in the gym at least 6 days a week and ate as clean as possible and drank at least a gallon of water a day and nothing else.  After eating like this it got to the point where when i ate something all I tasted was the salt, sugar, grease, etc.  I had issues getting my cals in every day, and I started dreading eating for some reason.........I don't know it was very very strange.

We ended up having a 1 month long "vacation" during our move b/c we were waiting on our new house to close, etc.........  During that time all we really ate was fast food and restaruant stuff.  When that was all we ate it didn't take long for me to start liking it again (which really sucked after all the hard work I had put into training myself to not crave those things). 

We finally got moved into our new house yesterday and I found my scale in the box.  Climbed on it expecting the worse........and sure enough I am right back where I started!!!!!!!  Hopefully it won't be that hard, there are no gyms around my new house, but my housing adition is beautiful, so I could start running again.......I don't know.

You know, the really weird thing is that after losing the weight i droped 2 pant sizes...................and even though the scale says that I am back at my old weight my smaller pants still fit.    How strange is that????????

You can do it!

Remember that muscles weigh more than fat does.  Moving is a form of exercise, lifting and walking with heavy boxes.

Cara....you sound like you would fit right in our "150's looking to be 135-140" group. Check us out under motivation. We are hoping for 3 more members for a total of 10 so we can have a nice small group.

Either way, I know you can do this!!!!

Good Luck you did it once so I know you will do it again.....keep up the good fight of loosing weight, and don't give up you will get there......You are going to be fine......we all have flubbed it up one time or more.....I reached my goal in July, then ate the whole month of August, gained about 2-3 lbs but I am good and I got right back up on the ole' horse and am doing it again....lost 2 lbs last week.....so I feel you on this one!!!

totally understand what you are saying.... i am just getting back into the routine as well. good luck to you and wish me luck too!!
