Everyone looses weight in different parts of their bodies....so it will just depend on your own body and how it reacts to being active.  Our bodies unfortunately, do not always do what we want it to..we are all beautifully unique that way.

For the "back fat" question I suggest running, walking, cardio boxing, elliptical machines (with arm option), swimming....you should do anything that involves your whole body and not just focus on one part.  It will get your heart going faster hence burning more calories and working up those muscles.

You cannot spot reduce/loose. It is just about over all fat/weight loss. Tunny and back fat are usually the last to go. You have to be at a pretty low body fat % to tone that area and the tummy. You can lift/train to strengthen certain areas. Weight 3 days a week will help. As will HIIT. But diet is key for fat loss. Clean/natural/balanced eating.

Take a close look at what you are eating and also incorporate some pull-ups into your routines.  Anything involving the shoulder areas will help with the back fat.  That bulge over the bra line can be unsightly.

Keep in mind that exercise is, by definition, not "easy." It's hard work. If you are serious about losing body fat, then you'll want to rework your perspective on working out. Think of it as a challenge! Yes, it's hard, but it makes you more powerful and stronger. It's totally worth it.

although I agree with everyone that you need to focus on overall body fat loss, you can also add in some specific exercises. two that I found really effective for slimming the back fat are lat pulls and rowing - just make sure you are doig them correctly.

Cardio. Its the overall fat loss that helps. You can do push ups and other excersises that will help tighten the muscles  and make it less noticeable but other than that there is no real way to get rid of the fat in just that area. Just dont wear the bra tight or wear a bra that isnt as restricting.

You must be "hourglass shaped" if you have much backfat. Welcome to myyy world. You can't pick where the weight comes off when you start losing. You can tone up your back with lifting weights and whatnot, but it doesn't really get rid of the fat well. That's a tough spot.

Let me guess. You gain weight in your back, arms and butt the most, and pretty much solid all over. Smaller waist, and solid throughout.

When you diet, you'll start to lose weight everywhere. I noticed my knees/legs at first, but everything shed pretty evenly.

I agree with everyone else but you can do something for over the bra hang.  Bend elbow to the ceiling with weight in hand and than raise hand up and down but don't lower your elbow.   If you put your hand right behind your arm-pit being worked you can feel the muscles tighten.

For me a ten lb. weight exhausts the muscle after three reps of ten.   do each arm the same way so its even and don't lock out your elbow by straightening it.   hope that helps

ok so all who lost alot of weight where the parts on your body that you saw the most difference? and thanx a bunch for all the advice.
