Alright ladies and gentlemen.  I am back after nearly two months of not counting calories. I did manage to maintain my weight from June until Now. 

I am back and ready to drop more weight this fall.  :) 

Has anyone else taken the summer "off" so to speak??

hey weddingmama - welcome back.  I haven't been counting for about 3 months.  I'm only up a pound or two, which could easily be TTOM + sodium, but I'd really like to get back to be solidly under my goal of 135, so back to counting for a little bit.

I think it's good to take a break for a little bit. And way to go for maintaining for 2 months! without counting!

I only took a week off, just because I was losing my mind lol

Actually, I usually take just about every weekend off. =P Fortunately, I haven't gained any weight by doing this, though I certainly haven't lost any, what with all the splurging and what not hehe Welcome back, congrats, and good luck!

What strategies did you use--portion control, healthy choices, etc.? I'm assuming you paid attention even if you weren't counting cals and am curious what seemed to work so well for you.

No, I haven't taken any of my summer off.  I started back in February and still going...I'm also about done...just 2 more pounds to reach my 125 lb. goal.
