Just got home had my after work out shake need to go to bed but need to eat dinner i am very sore today i was mostly wondering if i dont get al my carbs one day our two days out of the week if it has a effect on my gains! And also am i missing something i can never find up todate conversations every thing i find is mostly a week to a month old is every one at the gym but me?

I think it's just a mid-winter lull.  I'm still hangin in.  Welcome, btw...it'll pick up in here.  Maybe I'll throw my cardio routine up again to freak everyone out and start an argument.  :P

Thanks man yea i thank a argument is needed!!but the way it looks u mite just be on your own?then again you mite make every one  come out of hybernation

I am not an expert but I think if you want gains then you need to at least meet if not exceed your daily caloric intake.  Maybe a couple extra scopes of protein powder to up the calories.  You might not absorb all the protein but more is better than less.
