just got back from the nutritionist and...
i gained a pound! ahh im extatic! i know ive got long ways to go but im finally over 90! 91 (: but thats after i had a couple things to munch on so i really want an acccurate weightt! anyway, just though id share (: also, are there any good dinner recipies for tilapia anyone could share?
also, my knees are starting to bother me, every time i bend down, they hurt and it kills me to try and stand up, are my bones becoming weaker? im scared...

Ive been trying to recover for about 7 months but i havent been dedicated to it until this month. my goal is 105 or whatever it takes to get my period and fill out my girl parts again (: thanks so much!
Your pain sounds arthritic. I would talk to your doctor.
What is your height? 105 is fairly low. You should ideally be shooting for a BMI of 20.
