hey

well this summer I became very self-conscious i exercised a lot more and ate really healthy, thanks to that I lost 10 pounds I started at 125 and I got to 115 I was so proud of myself I was amazed at my will power I had some struggles but I kept myself active and said no to all junk food since I researched a lot I was even disgusted at the name of brownies ice cream etc.. BUT then school came I was looking great but I found that I'm becoming more hungry all the time I have no time for exercise since I have a lot of homework and the time I have left I have no motivation to spend it on exercise I've started to overeat about anything that I see in the summer I didn't have any junk food now I have more than I should.. I can't seem to stop myself I say to myself that I'll just have that and that the next day I'll start everything fresh but I fall back under the same cycle, It's been about 3 weeks since I started doing that the hard abs that I had work so hard fore are becoming all flabby again I'm starting to notice some love handles too my legs are becoming bigger I'm not too big or how I started as but I'm afraid I will If I don't stop I hate hate hate this I wish I had the motivation I had I don't know what's happening to me I know the solution is simple but I cant bring myself to do it I haven't weighted myself since I've become this but I'm afraid of the number thats going to appear

please any suggestions tips or past experience!

thankyou(:

due to the lack of punctuation, my discenrment of your thread was somewhat lacking, but i'll attempt to respond. take full advantage of your english course.

here you claim you have eaten healthy all summer, yet one of your previous threads said you were scared you had developed an eating disorder? i am sensing a lack of consistancy. and i also recall from previous posts that you under ate much of the time and freaked out after eating a piece of cheese. in my opinion, your over-restrictive diet has led to your junk food binge. forbidding yourself off all junk food will eventually cause you to crack. seems like thats what you may be experiencing.

It is impossible not to find time for exercise. there is no excuse. you probable can't find time for it because your idea of exerise is and endless amount of minutes of ungodly cardio that is not necessary. HIIT takes at most, 20 minutes to do. Weight training should really be your focus, but we don't have time to elaborate on that.

overall, based on what i've read from your previous threads and post, you have developed a nasty and obscure view of food. i would seriously consider speaking with your parents or school counsoler.

i apologize for my nasty rant but you have posted ridciulous threads since you joined -threads that promoted disordered eating behavior and an uneccesary desire to lose weight. and those are two things that really really bug the sh#t out of me.

"I usually eat from about 1000 calories to 1400"

i copy and pasted that from your profile. 1000 calories? are you trying to destroy yourself? that quote speaks for itself

It's pretty possible that, at 14, you're still growing.  You can't expect to stay child-sized your whole life.  As you move from being a 'little girl' to a 'woman' your body changes.... you acquire bigger hips, bigger breasts, some fat around your stomach and thigh area.... that's all normal during puberty.  For growth - mental as well as physical - you need the best nutrition.  Deprive your body by eating very little and you'll stunt your growth and you also risk mental/behavioural problems.  Eat more normally again - which it sounds like you're doing - and your body will play catch-up, continuing its development.  So don't panic...

Eat more of the good food so that you're not eating so much of the poor food.  Start the day with a good-size healthy breakfast and aim to have a meal or a snack every 2 or 3 hours during the day.  If your tummy is busy digesting good foods with plenty of nutrition and if you don't allow yourself to get hungry then the sugary 'quick fix' snacks look less appealing.   Exercise doesn't have to be pumping iron at the gym... Walking, cycling, dancing... they're all good ways to keep active.

Minimum calore intake for someone who is 14 is 1800 a day....
