getting back on track
Hi all, here I am, 1st day back on track. I just saw that it is 6 months since I last logged in. I'm exactly back at my 8th January starting weight, and 12 kilo (25 pound?) heavier than my last logged weight at the end of April. I am 9 kilo (19 pound) heavier than I was 11 weeks ago. Enough is enough, and while I am not bursting at the seams with enthusiasm and motivation, I know I have to take this small step towards keeping myself accountable and motivated. I have over 100 pounds to lose and am here to start putting one foot in front of the other, and will hopefully soon be up and running again.
These last few months, I have spent my online time wasted in mindless chat rooms, facebook, etc, but for my health's sake, I will spend more of my time here in more productive pursuits. I look forward to interacting with others who are striving for the same thing.
