Its Spring and time to get those backyards into shape. We will be working on Butts, Hips and Thighs. Challenge begins May 1st... who's up for the challenge?

I will join for the fact of maybe growing a butt! I have lost all my thighs, not much of any hips and I have a flat butt! so Im in to keep toning and gain a badonkadonk!

I'm in!! I need a little "junk in the trunk" so I've been looking foward to this challenge - bring on the squats!

Following Slappys guidelines for the ab challenge, add 10 minutes of exercise to your daily routine. Do this six days per week with day 1 & 3 focusing on butt, 2 & 4 Focusing on thighs and days 3 & 6 focusing on hips. Day seven is for rest.

Y'all, seriously. My a$$ is so expansive, it is indeed a backyard!! thank goodness that is where I'm losing inches! Count me in!!
I'm thinking about measuing the largest part of my thighs (YIKES!) And all the way around the largest part of my butt (DOUBLE YIKES!)

I am in...I have cut our yard twice now as of today!! Now it is time to weed eat and plants flowers!!! But going to wait to plant flowers until after mother's day to be safe from frost, but still need to pull weeds etc...We have a huge yard so it takes me a long time.
