I eat them less often or less of them than I once did. I used to have bacon or sausage almost every breakfast, but now it's only a few times a week. I work them into my calories and log them, but they are too good to give up. When I was a kid, one of the reasons I wanted to grow up was so I could make myself all the bacon I wanted...mother only allowed us one piece.

The lifetime of a bag of Ghirardelli squares used to be one to 3 days. Now I buy Green & Black dark, and sometimes a single bar lasts 4-5 days...sometimes only 3. Again, it's got to fit into my calories.

Some other more healthy foods I eat several times a week: yogurt, especially Stonyfield low fat. I strain the plain and get the tastiest "greek" yogurt. Oatmeal is my breakfast at least 3 times a week. I love trying new fruits and other ingredients... one tablespoon of nutella is good, but the calories are high.
