bad day again

I had a piece of mccain frozen marble cake.  I will not buy that again either.  I know no food is bad but I definely need to stay away from sweets for awhile anyway or eat it in a controlled atmosphere when i can order 1 piece only and then even share it. I now have 3 points left for the day!!!!!!I guess I will have to pay for that.  I will be eating 3 oz. of baked chicken and lots and lots of veggies without any fat.  I have to take the consequences and maybe tommorrow will be a better day.

You will take the consequences and realize that it is just one minor thing.  You have already decided not to buy that cake again....good move.  For me, it was NOT keeping peanut butter in the house  lol. 

Dont beat yourself up.  It's over and done with....begin fresh.

Hello,  I was notified by the forum that my post was modified.  I did not write any swears or do I use them in my everyday speech.  I wrote to the forum and want to know who it was that was able to infiltrate my post.  If this is the case.  I will not be using this forum.  I will not think it is a secure place. I feel violated if that is a good word to use.  Has any one had this problem.
