Bad Diet Dreams
I have been counting calories everyday for about two weeks now. I have been very concerned with eating the right calories. The paranoia of eating high calorie high sugar foods has stated haunting my dreams. Last night I dreamnt that i had to eat pankakes with butter and syrup (which im not really that in to) Im not sure if this is a normal silly thing you go through when you start focusing on calories or if this is odd and abnormal.....
I've had dreams about going on massive binges, eating everything in my kitchen, and then crying about it...not that far from the truth.
I think dreams are supposed to be just our minds' way of replaying our daily actions and sorting through what happened, or something like that. People dream about all kinds of things that are related to their daily lives and it doesn't really mean anything other than synapses firing off in your sleep and triggering incomplete memories that the brain fills in with not so realistic stuff. I've also heard that dreams improve our ability to learn. I can recall reading a study where people were asked to perform some kind of brain teaser type task and then go to sleep long enough to go through REM before coming back to try the task again. The subject's ability to perform the task dramatically improved after they had been dreaming. This really doesn't have that much to do with your actual question, but I just thought it was interesting. Maybe dreaming about eating healthier is making you more mentally equipped to handle it.

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
