Just in case you get tempted by the dark side, here's some things you should REALLY STAY AWAY FROM!!
El Pollo Loco's Chicken Nachos: 1088 cal., 68g fat, 21 g sat fat, 111 mg chol., 3081 mg sodium!!
Burger King Double Whopper with Cheese: 990 cal., 64 g fat, 24 g sat fat, 195 mg chol, 1520 mg sodium, 11 g sugar.
Anyone else have some REALLY BAD FOOD warnings?

The brownie dessert with vanilla haagen daaz icecream (caramal, chocolate, and nuts included) at TFI Fridays. The whole thing is over 1300 calories.

the blooming onion at Outback is just digusting. My bilogy teacher showed us the nutririon facts on it years ago. People think o onion healthy. it was the worst thing anyone could posibly eat.

Yeah, that's not too good. The site I found with this information also informed me that I could burn this off by walking for 10 hours, bicycling for 5 hours or swimming for 3 hours.
The Awesome Blossom at Chili's is even worse:

Calories: 2310
Total Fat: 134 grams

I had to get McD's yesterday when we were on the road traveling (ok, didn't HAVE to but the other option was BK or nothing) and I got the Classic Grill Chicken Sandwich without mayo. Just because that's what I've always gotten since the dawn of time LOL and no mayo this time because it's gross and calorific. It was good (for McD's) and sooo filling, I could hardly finish. But I still got a tummy ache last night, like I always have when I go to McD's. Or any fast food place. I don't normally eat fast food... ever... unless I'm on the road with nothing else, which rarely happens.
Another bad food that might surprise people is one of those big brownies from the vending machine. It's like 530 cals! HOLY MOLEY! Not worth it.

Gosh I have no idea laura_loo95. I love that dessert too... but I looked it up and flipped out. I guess we can make our own low-cal version of it with diet coke cake and fat free icecream lol.
Ohh I forgot MaxiMum cookies. 5 hundred and freaking 80 calories for a cookie roughly the diameter of a computer mouse and about 1cm thick. Umm I'm pretty sure it has to be almost PURE FAT to have those nutritionals. 4g trans fat. I wish I was making that up...
I went to Macaroni Grill and had the Penne Rustic 1260 cal and 70 grams of fat with the bread loaf 500 calories and 12 grams of fat with basil aioli sauce at 150 calories and 14 grams of fat!! Totals-1910 calories and 96 grams of fat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not to mention the transfats 34 grams amd sodium 4620 milligrams! I will never order that again and the real bummer was that it wasn't all that great and the service was awful :(
I was a server in a casual restaurant (Skyline chili) for years and could always tell when someone was ordering something because the THOUGHT it was a healthier choice (most of the time they would even say they were trying to eat healthy). If lite dressing isn't available, I would stay away from salads. Most common "healthy" request was a greek salad and a cheese coney (these things are tiny so most people didn't realize, or would ever believe, how bad they are) around 800 calories and 58 g of fat. What makes it so bad is the people thought they were doing really good and sacrificed eating the 3-way they really wanted (6 oz spaghetti, 6 oz chili, 3 oz of shredded chedder cheese) that has 760 cal and 42 fat...still horrible, but better than the salad/coney choice! Very common for people to eat three of the little coneys for 1020 cal 66 fat or Southwest salad for 1035 and 73 fat.
Advice on greek salad, they always over-portioned, order the higher calorie items on the side and put the right portion on (you know about what an ounce looks like).

I hate the ones that are super decieving. For some reason people assume that a sandwich is going to be healthy/low cal.
